Who we are

Daily 50 is a sales workflow tool operated by Arcadie Systems. The product helps users import sales lists, organize call queues, log outcomes, manage follow-ups, and use AI-assisted research and notes.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly and information needed to run the service:

• Account information, such as your name, email address, password hash, account status, and login records.
• Sales workflow data, such as imported leads, contacts, accounts, phone numbers, emails, company details, notes, call outcomes, tasks, playlists, research briefs, and import history.
• Uploaded files and import metadata, such as CSV source names, row counts, skipped rows, and storage references.
• Security and device data, such as session cookies, IP-derived request metadata, browser user agent, login attempts, verification records, device fingerprints, and Cloudflare Turnstile challenge results.
• Billing data, such as Stripe customer, subscription, plan, price, invoice, and payment status identifiers. We do not store full card numbers.
• Support and communication data, including messages you send us and transactional email delivery data.

How we use information

• Provide, secure, maintain, and improve Daily 50.
• Create accounts, authenticate users, verify logins, and prevent abuse.
• Import, clean, deduplicate, enrich, and organize sales workflow data.
• Generate AI-assisted summaries, research, notes, and call preparation.
• Process billing, manage plans, and operate subscription features.
• Send transactional emails, such as login verification and password reset messages.
• Respond to support requests and troubleshoot product issues.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

AI and enrichment processing

If you use AI import, AI notes, or AI research features, relevant lead, account, note, and company information may be sent to configured AI and search providers so the feature can return structured results. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or based on external sources, so you should review it before using it for sales decisions.

Cookies and local storage

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and protect your account. We may use local storage to remember product preferences, such as your theme. Daily 50 does not need cross-site advertising cookies to provide the core service.

Service providers

We share information with service providers only as needed to operate Daily 50. These providers may include Cloudflare for hosting, storage, database, security, and Turnstile checks; Stripe for billing; Mailjet for transactional email; AI providers such as DeepSeek or Cloudflare AI Gateway; and search/enrichment providers such as Tavily when enabled.

Data retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security, meet legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and operate backups. You can request deletion of your account or specific data by contacting us, subject to records we must keep for legitimate business or legal reasons.

Your choices

• You can update or delete sales workflow data inside the product where controls are available.
• You can request access, correction, export, or deletion by contacting support.
• You can stop using optional AI features if you do not want selected workflow data processed by AI providers.
• You can disable cookies in your browser, but sign-in and security features may stop working.

Security

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including authentication, session controls, password hashing, security headers, Turnstile checks, and restricted provider access. No internet service can guarantee perfect security.

Children

Daily 50 is intended for business users and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
